The old ware shed on Spencer Ave. near Henderson St., shown on the 1905,1920 & 1947 Sanborn Fire Insurance maps, is all that remains of Canton #2. In all liklihood, Henderson St. was named for Charles H. Henderson, beloved superintendent of Canton #1, who died at the age of 47. (info from Marg Iwen.)
